  Silver-plated Celtic knots,
  Antiqued silver trees,
  Sterling silver plated French ear wires.
• Approx. 1 1/2inch/ 3.18 cm drop.

Celtic knots have been found throughout history as far back as the third century A.D. and can be found in many places. They are believed to have symbolized faith, declare unity between people, and in some cases, to protect against evil spirits. These patterns of one continuous loop are believed to reference eternity and eternal life, especially the knots found at burial sites.

I  added the cute  evergreen trees to the Celtic knots make some unusual holiday earrings. I hope you enjoy wearing them as much as I enjoyed making them!
