• These earrings are handcrafted from:
  brushed copper Celtic knots,
  Swarovski emerald green round beads,
  antique copped French hook ear wires.
• Measures approx. 3 inch / 76.2 cm drop

The Celtic Knot I used in this design is the Celtic Love Knot. This design features interlaced knots and represents the love between two people. It is believed that the Celts exchanged these knots in more or less the same way as we exchange rings now. The Celtic Oval knot is one of the oldest and simplest designs dating back to the 3rd century.

I like to think of all the people in love throughout the ages that exchanged these knots as they became betrothed and declared their love to the world. It makes my heart truly happy. I added the twinkly green Swarovskis and made the knots into chandelier earrings to really make them stand out wherever and however you choose to wear them!
