Returns and repairs are evaluated and done on a case-by-case basis.
Repairs & Returns Process
If your item was lost or damaged in transit, the item will be repaired, replaced or issued a refund, based on an evaluation of the issue.
Any defective items will be repaired at no charge due to any defect occurring during the manufacturing process. This does not include damage incurred by not following care instructions.
Otherwise, all sales are final.
A custom order is purchased with understanding of no returns or refunds due to nature of transaction. These transactions require this agreement made in advance and an understanding of these terms and conditions.
